How can i teach my nuzleaf razor leaf in pokemon ruby?

i wanna teach my nuzleaf razor leaf, and i keep going to the move tutor in ruby, but the only move he'll teach my nuzleaf is pound. how else can i teach my nuzleaf razor leaf?

u hav to train it to a certain lvl or get a tm of it

I'm not sure but I think Nuzleaf only learns Razor Leaf in Diamond and Pearl. It can't learn it in Ruby... Sorry.

If I remember correctly then there is a TM of this attack in the game.. Find it or buy it

Ok first, this pokemon is really hard to train. Now all you need to do is introduce it to other pokemon in the world. Then start battleing a lot. It will start to get used to you better then. Then start getting it in tournaments and stuff. Sooner or later your pokemon will act just like you! kidding..
