How can i teach my parakeet to sit on my finger?

i just got myself parakeets 5-6 days ago..

it is the two of them (male and female)...

how can i train them to sit on my finger?...

and when can i bring them out of my cage and let em fly around in the house with the windows/door shut...

You must be consistent and get them to get used to your hand.  You should try to put your finger up 2 his belly and try rubbing its feet and pushing it upward a bit to get it to get on your finger.
