How can i teach nursery?

i cant teach my little sister if i give her a seat work she say" i dont like anymore"

Small children learn best using the "hands on " method.  When I taught Headstart we were not allowed to use seat work.  (example):  Give her a block of a certain color and have her match it to items in the house.  Have her recite each color as she matches.  Make it fun.
