How can i tell how much bandwidth i use?

im on a 1gb cap but how far can that really go hou much bandwidth is used to watch youtube videos and play online games and listen to music online ?doesnt everything really use up bandwidth but i would like to know wich one uses up the most ?and isint there a way to find this out?

I use about 7 to 10 Gb a month [2 Gb a week] and that is general browsing around. No games, downloading, streaming etc.

That would just about cover your emails a month.
