How can i tell how old a rabbit is?

my daughter got a rabbit as a birthday gift, how can i tell how old he is the person who got it for her doesnt know does any one know

honestly the only way to really know is to ask a vet

You should always make sure you know the background of the pet you are buying before accepting it as a gift. The person who got it for her should be able to find out from the seller.

If it is a young rabbit they and if sold at the correct age it should be 8-12 weeks of age.

Take the rabbit to the vet for a health check for teeth and health check as you do not know nothibf about the breed.

They may be able to advise you correctly on the breed and the possible age.

a vet will probably do a teeth test to see how old he is but i would ask during a normal check up
