a bank in the UK AND NIGERIA want 1800 dollars before releaseing my lotto money is this a scam please help

  2. No lottery is going to ask for cash before they release money. Hit the SPAM button.

  3. These are well documented scams. Anytime someone asks you to send them money, before they can send you more money, it's going to be a scam.

  4. YES!  Whenever somebody wants money from you to release money its a scam!  Same goes with people saying I'll send you money if you can send it somewhere else, thats a scam too!

  6. look at it this way. have you ever been to either location?  if you havent there is no way you can participate in a lottory that they have. and if you win they are never going to ask you to send them money to release your winnings.

    2ND ALL LOTTERIES HAVE CLEAR PLANS OF HOW TO PAY WINNERS DIRECTLY CUTTING A CHEK OR SO WITHOUT WINNERS NEEDING TO REVEAL THEIR ACCOUTNS OR PAY

    3RD IF YOU WIN AND THEY NEED MONEY TO PROCESS WHY NOT TAKE FROM THE WINNING AND GIVE YOU THE BALANCE?
