  1. If you have never gotten your period with out the help of medicine and you would like to get pregnant, you really should make an appointment with a reproductive endocrinologist (RE).  They are specialists in women who have problems with their cycles and getting pregnant.  Not getting your period is a problem.  If you do not get your period, then you are not ovulating.  If you were to ovulate, your period would arrive 11-17 days later (unless you conceived).  In order to get pregnant, you must ovulate.

When you are charting your waking temperature (BBT), once your temp rises at least two tenths of a degree higher then the six previous temps and the temps stay at the new higher level then you know that you ovulated.  It does not appear that you have ovulated, from looking at your chart.

All of your temps are very low, you should ask the doctor to run a blood test to check your thyroid.  Symptoms of hypothyroidism (low thyroid function) include low waking temperatures, unusually long cycles, anovulatory cycles (with no thermal shift), prolonged phases of fertile quality cervical fluid, heavy menses, and unexpalined infertility.  If you already take medicine for your thyroid your medication needs to be adjusted.

Most preovulatory waking temps range between 97.0 (36.11)  and 97.5 (36.38) and postovulatory temps range from 97.6 (36.44)  to 98.6 (37).

Read the book: Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler. The book explains your cycle, charting and how to get pregnant. It is a great book and a must read!

Make an appointment with a doctor, preferably a RE.  Don't bother wasting your time with a regular OBGYN.  I wish you the best of luck.

  2. Do a pregnancy test to find out what's going on.

If your pregnancy test is negative then this very long cycle means that you did not ovulate. Women who do not ovulate have long cycles.

  3. I went through alot! Pills,Ovulation test, watching the calendar,Taking my temp!!! I tried for 3 years!!! My friend gave me this advice and I got pregnant in 3 months after trying it the way she told me!!

Remember you ovulate 14-16 days before you start your period. The time to have s*x to get pregnant is when you are very wet, slippery, and stretchy down there, alot of women's right or left side will hurt when the egg is released. You need to have s*x atleast two or three times the week of ovulation to get preganant.*****VERY IMPORTANT! Stay laying down 30-45 minutes after s*x DO NOT GET UP AT ALL.WAIT TO PEE!!! *****It takes 30-45 minutes for the sperm to reach the egg to fertalize it.Hope this helps!!:) Good luck

It took me three years of trying and I got this advice from a friend and I got pregnant in two months after I took her advice:)

Forget about the calendars, charts and so on!!! LISTEN TO YOUR BODY!!!! :) It does work!
