1. your cat is changing attitude towards other cats.

-she will be a little aggressive and won't feed her earlier kittens.

2. she would look different.

-if she earlier was an active cat, now she'll look tired, and look at her tummy, it look like there something in it.

-she'll be hungry more often. but don't feed food all the time, give her more milk.
