if her abdomen is bigger then usual,  if u try to touch her she'll most likely be in a defensive/grumpy mood.  you might need to norish her more now because she has babies that need nutrients and eggs that are still developing

ive had  female lizard for 8 years and its never laid eggs.

swollen  abdomen is the easiest way, make sure to watch for any unusual behavior, extensive time in its hide, or digging small holes in the ground. these may be sighn of it laying eggs
