im in the process of buying a 2000 acura integra gsr from this mechanic for 6,300 and it has 64,000 miles and i test drove it and it felt fine but the engine was making a little squeeking sound but not really loud, u could barely hear it and to me, it was a little shaky for a car that has 64000 miles, but the car ran fine and he had mods like headers and exhaust system and i checked the car fax report and it didnt really have any info on the car and the mechanic said he got the car at a auction, so what do yall think, should i get it, because i feel like he knows something that i dont about this car like maybe he somehow change the odometer to make it look like it has less miles, oh and the computer of the car was on the floor with all the connection hooked up but i think it was a performance computer for the car but i dont know, well thanks for any information or opinions, thanks

  1. The best way to find out is to buy a Car fax or Autocue report. This will list the mileage which each service was performed. The catch is if the owner did their own maintenance, then it won't show up. Good luck and I hope this helps.
