this girl tells me that when males are using makeup, its a sign that the civilisation will soon go under. like the romanians, the egyptians and so on. I think it's just bull ****. The reason to why a civilisation goes under is because the lack of moral and stuff. how can i tell her that she is wrong, or what do you think about this!

she said she saw this on a history channel or something, but it sounds like bull **** to me.

and now she blame this guy for painting his nails black. just because a boy paints his nails doesnt mean its a sign that a world soon will go under. It might do, but for other reasons.

Whats your view about this?

and where the heck have she got this information from?

  1. I have an idea, let us all paint our nails black, if the world "goes under" she was right, if it doesn't she's not as smart as she thinks she is.

  2. The idea is that the richer cultures get, the more materialistic they become---subsequently they start to wear more makeup. {truly poor nations don't care about makeup] This super materialistic rich phase is usually followed by a downturn.

I think her point is that "makeup" is becoming a commonplace/available thing from the top to the bottom of the socio-economic ladder....this is very rare, historically speaking. Basically, the lack of morals/excess vanity etc is manifest in the way the people dress and speak...the culture has become very shallow and wears a lot of makeup. This happens when you get rich and happy....rich and happy is usually followed by bad decisions and a decline.

  3. Don't tell her she is wrong. Tell her you disagree.

  4. maybe she make things up to get attention...................tell her wat u wrote here coz i think u r right............... but tell her in a politer way
