How can i tell my friend the truth without sounding me?

he is spineless and whipped because of hiss girlfriend

he can't talk to me on the phone because she said so

So how can i tell h im that he's SIPNELESS,WHIPPEDD, BIT-CH but nice?

This is not "the truth", but your opinion. And if you tell him this in any way, he will feel insulted and angry. So it's best to keep it to yourself.
