How can i tell when my breast is out of milk?

will my baby get off it or keep sucking even if nothing is coming out?

when they stop hurtting or u dont feel them hard and they stop leaking or he size of ur breast is back to the way it was b4 u got prego

try using a breast pump.

Squeeze your nipple a little, if nothing comes out....there's your answer! My husband and I like to referr to this as "milking myself" Lol

One of my babies would just suck and suck.  According to all the books, he was supposed to let go when the milk stopped flowing, but he didn't.  It took me a few weeks to realize this.  (He was my first BF baby.  Poor boy!)

Listen for swallowing.  When he starts swallowing infrequently, you can switch sides.
