  5. try to throw the puches straight and use your whole arm to conect  dont clench your fist till  second before  impact  try breathing out when punching.

  6. when you throw a jab start with your fist in position with your fingers facing you, then twist, using your wrist as you deliver the jab.. when throwing a longer punch, have your right or foot in lead, depending on whether you are throwing right or left punch..never throw a right with left foot in lead,,,rotate your entire body slightly along with your punch and follow through with weight of your body, but do not get over extended and lose your balance...keep your chin down near your shoulder as you throw the punch and put as much power into it as you can.. be sure to prepare for a counter punch by your opponent..Good luck...Never initiate a fight that is not sanctioned in a ring setting, but don't back down either..be prepared to defend yourself, but use judgement...good luck to you..
