  1. Okay, first step, don't get too worked up over getting too emotional. Lighten up. If you take life too seriously, you may see yourself getting upset over smaller things which most people can shrug off. The goal here is not to throw off your emotion, nor to toughen up - it's to look at things in a way that won't make you sad. Someone is leaving for a couple of months. Well, yeah, it's okay to get upset over that. That's not really a small thing, and it's understandable if you walked out for a bit. But keep in mind, you can call them, text them, or e-mails and such. When you get attached to someone, it's a given that you will have lonely times. When you go out to have fun, there's always a chance that it won't work out. Be prepared for something to go wrong. Ask friends for help when getting emotional, like help them remind you it's not a big deal. It's better to be warned then to be emotional in front of other people who don't understand what you get so worked up about.

    Wow Long answer XD. Sorry!

  2. it could be because you are a teenager, and your body is loaded with hormones right now- its a hard and emotional time. some teens cry, some get mad one second, and cry the next. its a horrible thing, but it does go away. you will grow out of it eventually, just have to wait a bit. if it doesn't ever stop, the doctor can prescribe a mild antidepressant that will probably help you.
