How can i trace restricted/blocked calls?

Question

someone keeps prank calling me and they are dialing *67 to block their number so i cant find out who it is. is there any easy way i can trace their calls or find out who is caling me.

PS my phone is a home/landline and it is on the verizon service

i also live near los angeles if that matters

Call Verizon about how to block the number. Also get a cheap answering machine to screen your  calls.
