How can i track air mail coming from thailand to canada?

From Thailand EMS you can not track. But EMS is a good service

if it was sent by Thai EMS through the Thai postal service you can track it as far as Canada.  

The tracking number suggests it was not sent by way of UPS/DHL ...

I think if you go to the Thai Post website you can try to track it there.
