  1. Honestly, the best way is to never take a day off.  The day you feel like you want to take a day off, just go run really easy.  It is also important to do at least one long run a week.

  2. Practice running

  3. run every day

  4. run MORE

    push yourself.

  5. Run...

    Run...

    Run...

    And swim some.

  6. run around the world

  7. Well i run to walmart everyday, its about 3miles away from my house..so just do daily exercises. like find a place thats far and run to it..such as a nearby store or something...but if you can get to a track then i would say start off with 3miles a day then move up gradually.

  8. well make a schedule for running every day or every other day so then you can be trained for the next season!

  9. for my high school cross country team during the summer we try to run 15-20 miles per week throughout the month of July, try to run 3-5 miles for 5 days of the week and rest for the other two. In August try to increase to running 5 miles more per week, really what feels like a challenge but not to hard you are going to hurt yourself. :) good luck!

  10. Here's a guide to the best web sites and online articles about running, including a beginner's guide; it was written by someone who is already "crazy good" at it.
