  1. soccer is a great sport, i think you should keep practicing, it will take you years and years of training to get better, my recommendation is to practice. If you want to get good  than Practice. Work on you shots, watch youtube videos on how to kick a ball, on how to pass a ball. Practice different Dribbling types like these:

Nike has came up with a online Boot camp program and has started this month, its a 4 week program that tells you what to do everyday, i have been using it and its really made me betteI'm im on the third week and my power and endurance has been going up. you go to sign up and takes about 2 minutes. here is the link:

  2. Practice dribbling with a ball or shooting or blocking the ball. To be fit you should do some conditioning by jogging stretching and practicing your breathing techniques. Hope you make it on the team!

  3. Run alot! It's all about endurance, you need to be able to run and keep going throughout the game.  Make your legs strong squats ang lunges help, my coach had me do this one that totally worked, jog backwards up a hill, i was sore by the third time.  Practice dribbling, with the ball close and eyes foreward, making passes strong and accurate, not being afraid of the ball and be agressive.  Learn about the different positions and be familiar about their job and the area they usually stay in.  Also might want to learn rules, it's good to take a referee clinic so you can learn about all the rules.

  4. go outside and do some sprints, practice dribbling the soccer ball with your eyes up,juggling with the ball, chipping the ball in the air, and if you don't have a soccer goal practice shooting against the side of you house! just don't hit a window!

  5. Today Brazil will play against USA observe the player Marta you will learn  how a women  cam play football.

    Kisses from Brazil.

  6. i agree with all the above answers. run laps around the whole block-- if you really want to challenge yourself, create a long distance course and time yourself. then do it the following day and try to improve your previous time. work on juggling the ball because i believe it enhances your touch. do passing with a friend and make sure they are accurate. < remember to always kick with the inside of your foot for passing. also practice penalty kicking. work on chipping the ball and having pretty decent strikes. remember to kick with the shoelace part of your cleats. and lastly, watch.. you can probably learn the most from videos and peers and what not. i suggest you search in for some soccer videos on youtube
