How can i transfer a computer program from my laptop to my pc?

You can use the original CD that came with the program to install it onto your PC. If it is the files you want to transfer, a simple USB key will hold the files needed to be transferred.

Right click the program icon then send to and select the  a drive{ cd, storage device etc}. Then click write these files to your device. On the pc use send to documents and open it when it is finished.
