How can i travel Delhi indragandhiinternational airport to Kurukshetra, Haryana except local buses and train?

i dont want to take any local bus or trains i prefer to take taxi can anybody plz tell me how can i do that and how much they gonna charge me

If you skip the local buses and train, the only option left to you is to travel by a cab. If you are an India I guess you can bargain to a reasonable rate. Should not be more than 2000/- is my guess. Better ask one of your local friends to book and send it to the airport, if possible.
