Join an exchange program. If you don't know Spanish well, or even if you know a little of it, you will learn it that way. I know someone who did that, once.

By learn I assume you mean get an education, go to a University? I think I'm in the ball park. You could join a local University and ask about a foreign exchange program to Spain. Or you could join the Navy, ask for Rota Spain to be put in you contract as you duty station, then your set, your in Spain, and you can go to college. If you speak Spanish, you can just get out of the Navy and stay in Spain. Just some suggestions.
