How can i trust him again?

I found out that my bf cheated on me with a girl he met on myspace. He left his myspace open and i read all the messages he sent to her plus i also read a message where he tells a friend of him that he had s*x with that girl. can someone give me an advice on this matter?

I had the same thing happen. It's best to move on with your life and not look back. If he did it once, why afford him the opportunity to hurt you again? He's not worth anymore of your time.
