  1. check the station you want is on dab

  2. There is probably not a local/regional DAB multiplex in your area.  The best way to check is to look for your local BBC radio station, for example 'BBC SHEF/BBC Radio Sheffield, in the list of available stations.

If you cannot find it, either your are out of the signal range or there is not a local DAB service.

  3. Could be that you local one hasn't gone DAB yet.

  4. Go to this site... enter your postcode in the check coverage section...see what stations are available ( i can not get my local station on DAB where i live so i haven't bought one)

  5. Are you sure your local station broadcasts digitally? Does it do an internet service?
