How can i tune my guitar?

i only want to tune the last last string e the thickest 1 but i dont know how i cant buy a tuner now.so how can i tune that string the rest are tuned my friend did them for me but then my cousin was playing with the e machine head i cant tune it so can someone help

  1. The low E string should have the same tone as the high E string (the smallest nylon).

    Either that or use this online tuner (actually a pitch pipe)

  3. if the A,D,G,B,and E (6'th) are in tune (at least for now)

    press the thick E # 1 string down at the 5'th fret and tune accordingly untill it sounds like the "open" A ..the next thickest string.. Please understand, that a guitar is made of wood and metal and because of this,the weather and humidity(expansion and contraction) and playing will effect your tuning, sometimes it will be sharp other times it will be flat . you and everbody else in the world that plays guitar will have to tune it, constantly... so start saving for a guiter tuner, you can get a cheap one for around $25..
