How can i turn a regular song into a ringer??

Question

i already know how to sync music to my phone, but i need a program that will allow me to edit a song and cut out the part i want as my ringer and make the song shorter. can anyone help?? =P

I use Garageband on my Mac laptop to edit the music and then bluetooth over to my phone. Good luck.
