How can i turn my samsung camcorder into a webcam?

ok, i have a dell laptop running on windows 2000. i have a samsung camcorder. i want to go on stickam and talk to friends. any way i can use the camcorder as a webcam?

Yes.

Connect the camera to your computer via USB or Firewire (whatever it has) and set it to record. Take out the tape (most cameras will power down after a few minutes on non-usage if there is a tape in the bay) and start up your application.

Windows 2000 should recognize the camera as a standard camera device.
