How can i turn my uploaded pictures into URLs?

I recommend  tinypic.com because its the easier but photobucket you can edit your pic like add words in cool fonts and alot of other stuff so use that if you want to edit your pic

Depends where you're uploading the picture from. If you're using a photo sharing site like flickr.com then after you upload the picture, click on the picture and then go to the address bar and copy that. That is the link or url to your picture.

If you have uploaded the images somewhere, then a URL already exists.  A URL is just the location of a file on the internet.  For example, if you uploaded your file to the following location:

"myserver.com/mypictures/someimage.gif...

then the URL is also "myserver.com/mypictures/someimage.gif"
