How can i turn on a pc by internet?

Question

I know the mc adress and the ip (I'm using a free dominan -no.ip.com-)

I was using WOL (wake on lan) but it wasn't working I think cuz is "On Lan" and I'm trying to do it by internet.

Do a search on Wake on lan ...then set up your router to forward wake on lan packets to your pc.  I think they have a utility for this at dslreports
