How can i turn on my bluetooth from my computer?

Question

ok well you see, i want to send pictures from my phone to my computer without texting and da only solution dat i have is bluetooth since its built-in on my computer (its right next to my wifi symbol). but the thing is i dont even know how to turn on my bluetooth and if so i dont even know how to transfer my pictures...where do i go? what do i use? please be very specific.and try not to leave any details.

i dont know how you do it the bluetooth way but buy a leed  that goes from your phone to your computer then you have all the pics on yer pc =D

youcan buy them  for aboput £4.00 in a mobile shop x*x hope i helped x*x
