How can i twirl a pen or pencil or baton with my two 2 fingers like cory does in his theme song ?

i just thought it would be fun to do, you know fidget with my pencil at school or something.

Okay.  See if I can explain it right.

1. Start with a pen or some stick with about the length and size of a pen.

2. Hold it around the center with your index and middle fingers.  Put it just a off center toward the tip of the middle finger.

3. Hold your hand like hand-shake position(palm facing left, backhand facing right).

4. Tilt you thumb down.  You will have this space  between your thumb and index finger.

5. While still holding the pen, bend the two fingers holding it toward the left(toward your thumb).

6. That should make one side of the stick rest on to the space mention in #4

7. While using your index finger to push lightly downward, unbent your fingers.  

That should send the stick spin one rotation between your two fingers

Practice, and when you get the hang of it, you wont need to rest the stick first to the space between the thumb and index finger.

Your fingers will remember how to react to it naturally.

then go with bigger stick.

PS. it's a bit easier if the weight of the stic is a little more to the palm side.
