How can i uae national get scholarship from his contries ministry of higher education ?

can anyone tell me what are the procedures to UAE nationals to get educational Scholarship from ministry of of higher education ?

all year 12 student they register with ministry of higher education on the second term of the academic year in order to do the CEPA English and math test and which took place on last May and all student when they register with ministry of higher education they put in the form weather they want to study in the UAE or abroad please check this web site for more information http://www.napo.ae/arabic/index.htm
