How can i unsubscribe a group that hasn't got this option?

i've subscribed to a group today (this moment) and i found them not as they say about themselves . How can i unsubscribe this group , because when i searched for un-subscription , i didn't find any.

Sign in to the group and click "Edit Membership" near top of page. Scroll down to bottom right side of screen. Click "Leave Group". Another screen will come up, click "Leave Group". You will then be instantly unsubscribed from the group. It might take a day or so to stop receiving messages from the group, then they will stop coming to you.

Click on edit membership along the top.  In the next window scroll down and tick leave group then click on save.
