How can i upload a Sim?

Question

I don't know how can i uploads sims to my sim page,and i need to upload every thing i can upload so how?

stories: you upload directly from the game, from your sims house...by clicking the upload button on the story writting screen; sims: you upload using "The Sims 2 Body Shop" which comes with the base game and a updated one for each EP; lots: directly from the game [objects can also be uploaded with your lots], happy simming!
