How can i upload a file which is more than 100 Mb on www.rapidshare.com?

guys i want to upload a file on rapid share which has 300 Mb and rapid share do not allow to upload file which is more then 100 Mb i know that the file can be broken in to 3 parts of 100 Mb but how

  1. I suggest you store your files at this site http://eatbytes.com in order to save on bandwidth costs. Rapidshare charges money in order to download files. Files are hosted on a 1000Mbit unmetered port.  You can put links to these files on your website so your users can easily download them.  They have no download limitations, hosting costs are covered by advertising revenue.  No worry that you'll need to buy a "premium" account.
