How can i upload music into my band profile?

Question

i know its edit profile, manage songs,, but how do i get the songs on there to upload???? where do i get them??? please be specific :DD {{thx soo much }}!!

You can also create a band profile for yourself and upload at Muziboo.com ... lets you embed your music on blogs or myspace etc
