How can i use a proxy server to watch tv programs on itv catchup & bbc i player. ?

I am in spain and so i cant log on in the normal way. I have a friend who has said that this can be done by using a proxy server. If anyone knows can they give me a step by step guide as i am not that good with computers. thanks very much

  1. Short answer is you can't. All proxies including UK ones are blocked. As soon as you connect you are traced back through the servers. If you are coming through the wrong ones or ports you are automatically blocked.

    It's hardly rocket science. If it is not a genuine UK ISP, no connection!
