How can i use a treadmill??i've followed de instructions but it doesn't work?

i turned it on.some numbers were available on it but when i pushed de bottoms according to de instruction but it didnt start to Move!!

  1. you have to walk... just walk.  then keep walking.   it doesn't do this for you.
