i need to learn give me tips or places where i can find books and stuff to learn im going to take martial arts enxt year

  2. id suggest that instead of trying to learn how to use it, you learn how to cultivate it. if your qi isnt circulating through your body right, you will have a hard time utilising it. pretty much everything you do in your day uses up qi. working, stressing out and playing games, everything is draining it. you can replenish it by:

    eating well

    meditating (just sit somewhere and zone out) try going to a nearby temple where people are going to understand what you are doing and arent likely to distract you.

    yoga/ tai chi helps too

    listen to music that you appreciate and like

    try to find the way that you 'meditate' best. find one activity that you really connect with and use it to help you explore your inner.

    while doing weight resistance training is all good, many martial arts wont focus on brute strenght so depending on what style you are taking up, sit ups or pushups wont be as useful as some might think

  3. first learn to breathe properly...second find the answer for yourself in meditation...if all else fails take your breathing to the library and get a book...

    meditation is the most important thing in internal style arts

    do plenty of push ups and sit ups

    meditate for hours and hours or as long as u can

    and remember if u look for it u will never find it

  8. I highly recomend Judomofo's Chi Enhancement System. I am just getting into the secret level and cannot believe what I am able to do with my Chi. I actually used a Chi ball to destroy a small asteroid(after checking with scientists to make sure it would not throw earths orbit out of wack). The power is amazing.
