  1. You need custom firmware on PSP and a wireless network and a load of other programs to do this with your PSP and PC.

    Are you getting mixed up with Remote Play between PSP and PS3?

  2. you cant. unless you are in the same house and even then its not worth the effort as you cud just use the pc
