Start a blog on the subject. If it is linked to search engines some people will eventually find your site.remember than new websites can take about 6 months to be picked up from searches. There are even free blog sites to use. I just started a political blog that addresses issues from a biblical perspective on blogger.com.

I send out daily emails to  a group of my friends from Our Daily Bread.

I created a template with all my contacts in tools/forms in Outlook and simply cut and paste the message every morning.  They are short enough that most people will take the time to read them.  I have received quite a few positive responses to the daily messages.
