It is fairly easy to verify online. Crimetime.com free searches  has a good site. However, you must have GBBA licensing to obtain information on that SSN. You must be an employer, skiptracer, officer or agent, judicial member, or financial agent. I am a skiptracer and nowadays, without just prudence you can be sued for falsely obtaining this information.
