How can i verify if the job offer from london is true and existing?

i sent them my resume through bestjobs.com then after how many days i recieved an e-mail from Springpark hotel in london that they are hiring me as a front desk clerk. Im confused because they are asking me 350 pounds to seal my application and to send me the visa and my work permit if im really interested. I e-mail them yesterday asking to whom i can talk personally here in manila to verify their job offer but no reply yet from them.Im wondering how can they used this website bestjobs if they are only fooling.My friend got his job abroad through this site

it probably isn't, try trading standards for the area where the "job" is based

just ask yourself - if I didn't apply for a job why would anyone offer me one ??

did you apply ??  - did you have an interview ?? if the answers are yes then you know it's true - if the answers are  no then it most definitely is NOT true and existing.

you need to wise up on the internet - or you will find yourself losing money and identity.
