How can i view a statement of my phone bill to see who call's in @ out?

your bill only reflects who you call as your the one been billed for those calls, your not billed when you recieve a call, hence why thier not on your bill.

if you want to see who has called you try ringing your service provider as they may be able to provide a list but there will probably be a charge for this if they can do it

go to their website and signup and access your account online.. they usually have a call history on it..
