Question:

How can i wake up earlier?

I've been going to sleep around 1 or 2 and not waking up until 1 or 2. which was fine over the summer but now school is coming back in and i have to start waking up at like 6 AM... any suggestions on how i can do that?

  1. this is what you do. Force yourself to stay up for one day and you will probably be exhausted the next night and fall right asleep. DONT do this if you have to behind a wheel of a car the next day. Then set your alarm for 9 then gradually throughout the week push it up another 40 minutes to get in a routine .  


  2. I think the key is to get out of bed as soon as you wake up, no matter what time it is,

    Eventually you should wake up a little earlier each day

  4. Try sleeping WAY earlier!Some people say it dosen't work,but it does!I used to have the same problem.

  5. get an alarm clock or set an alarm on ur phone  

  6. Try waking up earlier so you will be tired later and you can sleep earlier.

    Just have some willpower, and go to bed earlier.

  8. get used to waking up early, no matter how tired you are, then at night you'll be really tired and sleep a little earlier than 1 or 2. keep doing the same thing. you;ll get used to it. i'm doing that right now and it's really helping me. i used to sleep like at 2 or 4 and now i sleep like around 1 and wake up at 9 or 8.

  9. Set your alarm.

  10. start going to sleep like 10-15 min earlier each night and eventually you will get used to getting up earlier

  11. go to bed earlier and set ure alarm
