Question:

How can i wake up on time?

even with an alarm clock i can never seem to wake up at 7, suggestions?

  1. go to sleep earlier.

    get a louder alarm clock.

    put it across the room.

    if you tend to sit up in bed and then lay back down, make sure you put your feet on the floor. its usually harder to go back to sleep that way.


  2. try and get yourself into a routine. maybe go bed a little erlier, and yes. as they said, set your alarm clock. and place it far from your bed, so you have a bit of a walk to turn it off. after doing this a few times, you should get used to it. but once you wake up, make your way to the bathroom and splash your face with some cold water,  

  3. you should put the alarm clock far from your bed , so you'll be  obliged to wake up to shut it down .

    Try to set 2 alarm clocks  or tell someone to wake you  up  

  4. Set your alarm clock for seven. Turn the volume up to loud.

    Set the alarm clock far away enough that you would have to get out of bed to turn it off. Once you are up, it will be a mental battle to not return to bed. Instead, quickly get ready so that you are more refreshed, and you don't feel like you need more sleep.
