How can i wash my soccer uniform/shirt???

soke your uniform for 30 min water with soap.after 30 min wash.you can wash in washing machine.but use cold water.hope it will work.

i KNOW MY SON'S SHIRTS I USE COLD WATER AND TURN IT INSIDE OUT AND USE A DETERGENT WITH COLORSAFE BLEACH IN IT. I WOULD ONLY DRY LONG ENOUGH, 5 MINUTES TO GET THE WRINKLES OUT, GIVE IT A GOOD SHAKE AND HANG IT UP. THE LESS HEAT ANY DECALS ON YOUR SHIRT HAVE THE BETTER.

I don't know what type of fabric it is, but I'd turn the shirt wrong side out to wash and dry it.  Look at the label to see what temperature you should wash it in.  Take it out of the dryer as soon as it's dry and hang it up.
