Of course, you could just surf the internet. You could cook up a fancy meal, or you could organize your closet.

How about do something great with that hour? Try to meditate and relax. Focus on the positive things in your life and let anything negative go. Just think of the great things you want for your life.

If you're not in the mood to meditate, call or write an older person in your family or a friend. Just say "hello" and let them know you care about them and are thinking of them. They'll love it and they'll be happy to hear from you. Older people aren't with us forever and a lot of the time we forget to tell them we care or miss them. Once they're gone, it's too late and you would have wished you called or visited them more often.
