How can i watch sports action FREE online??

for ages now i have been looking for live football and rugby action on the internet for free!!

i have recently downloaded a program called "Sopcast" which i find slightly confusing....???

i would like a site or program where i can access live Premiership football and rugby action...FOR FREE!!

This is the site you need.

However you will need Sopcast and or PPMate because that is how you are able to see the progs
