  1. They do the application on a computer now. You walk in customer service area and a computer is right there. You don't even need to talk to anyone, just sit down and put in your info..Be sure to take your SS #

I hope that I have helped

  2. go to customer service and ask to apply for a job. =]

  3. first of all. walmart is not hte best place to work BY FAR, even for part time students. DO NOT WORK THERE! Have you ever watched the news? Walmart mistreats its employees and discriminates against gender. Seeing as you are a woman, if you still want your pride..walmart isnt the way to do so. Try working a grocery store or something. There are plenty of other places to work besides wal mart.  So, my advice, s***w walmart and find an actualy job. Wal marts a joke. Try target.

  4. Wal-Mart is a TERRIBLE place to work. I worked there, and a lot of the time, they would make me clock out for a "lunch break", but wouldn't give me a break. So I didn't get paid when I was out on the floor.

But, if you MUST work for that h**l hole company, just go to your local Wal-Mart store to the customer service area. They will have a hiring kiosk, which is a computerized employment application. Fill that out, and they will call you. You can fill your app out for part-time and let them know what hours you are available to work. Tell them you are a student, they are required to work around your school schedule. They will hire you with no work experience.

Oh, and don't listen to these idiots about working at home, they're all scams, it's hard to find legitimate work from home opportunities.

  5. I disagree with people saying WalMart is the worst place to work. Not in my opinion.

First of all, all WalMarts have a hiring center in the customer service department. Please just go in and ask for assistance if you need it.

I worked at WalMart...not in the store itself, per say...but in the optical as an optician for a few years. The pay is decent...they give raises with reviews on time and appropriately....they offer stocks, etc. The company itself is a good company to work for.

Now, however, location is key. You do have to put up with not such "quality" customers at times and that alone can cause you to deal with a lot of bull. But overall, your supervisors there will take care of you. I've had many friends who began as regular associates in high school, and ended up in management in no time! The company does offer fair pay, growth, tenure, stocks, vacation, etc. etc. I don't think you'd be disappointed.

Just make sure whatever job you take on, if even part time, is one that you enjoy. I found the employees at my particular WalMart location to have great moral and were a wonderful support team for everything I had going on along side of my job. That is important...that way there is no interference with your education while you earn money at a job.

    Good luck to you!

  6. go to wal-mart, and go to a hireing center where they have a computer and you have to sit through 1-2 hrs of agony filling out stupid questions, and then at the end you find out you din't get the job, it sucks, but if you want to try it out, by all means go ahead.
